To the west is the Greater Niagara area, Chautaugua-Allegheny and the Finger Lakes Region. In the middle is central New York with the Capital-Saratoga region to the East. Downstate includes the Catskills, Hudson Valley, New York City and Long Island. All of these areas offer fun, exciting and adventurous activities for locals and tourists alike.
